  A mass shooting attached to a birthday celebration has left four individuals dead and a "large number" of wounds in Dadeville, Alabama, state authorities said.


The shooting occurred around 10:34 p.m. Saturday, the Alabama Policing said Sunday.


"It was attached to a birthday celebration," Sgt. Jeremy J. Burkett said. "There were four lives unfortunately lost in this occurrence, and there's been a large number of wounds."


Burkett declined to give more subtleties, refering to the continuous examination.


One of the casualties killed was an individual from the Dadeville Secondary School football crew, said Ben Hayes, top leader of Dadeville's Most memorable Baptist Church.
